She was predeceased by: her mother Lena Elizabeth Westfall; and her brothers, Alonzo "Bunny" Westfall and John Wayne Westfall. She is survived by: her husband Philip Harr; her daughter Rhonda Bentley (Greg) of South Shore, KY; her grandchildren, Nathan Bentley (Amber) and Reese Bentley (Keri); and her great grandchildren, Kaiden Temple, Calli Bentley and Raelynn Bentley.
