It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Mae Blake (Portsmouth, Ohio), who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Mae Blake to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Kenneth Ray Blake; her parents, Sanford Clydewell and Ida Catherine Cooper (Fitch); and her siblings, Sanford, Roger, Pat and Irene.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Blake Jarvis (Scott) of Wheelersburg, Kenneth Blake (Samantha) of Wheelersburg and Michael Blake (Tina) of Franklin Furnace; and her sister Doris Blake (David) of Clarksville, TN. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
