She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Robert West, Sr. and Jean Hartley West; and her nephew Robert Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert West (Kelly) and Patricia Jean Roquet; and her siblings' children, Stephanie Davis (Stuart), Delphi Estelle Phillips, Jordan West (MacKenzie), William D. Smith, Jr., Frank J. Roquet and Clifford Paul Roquet. She is also survived by ten great-great nieces and three great-great nephews.
A procession will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brant Funeral Home (422 Harding Ave, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Memorial Burial Park (10556 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694).
