It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Wells (Portsmouth, Ohio), born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 14, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Wells and Marie Wells (Tackett); his wife Wilma; his son Randy Wells; and his sister Betty Eshem.

He is survived by: his children, Phillip Wells of New Boston and Linda Brock (Curt) of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Kimberly Harr (Jamey), Shawna Huffman (Nick), Jeremy Hatfield (Julie) and Randy Wells; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Hannah, Mason, Logan, Liam, Griffin, Weston and Ashton.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic and the recent Portsmouth City Council ruling, masks will be required for attendance at both the visitation and the funeral.
