He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Tipton and Helen Louise Keibler Tipton; and his sisters, Deborah Perez and Teresa Tipton. He is survived by : his wife Karen Sue Bordenkircher Tipton; his children, Roger Tipton of Florida and Lindsie Boyd of Minford; and his stepdaughter Kristin Sparks (Bryan) of Portsmouth.
