She is survived by: her children, Eugene Edward Collins, Jr. (Jewell) of Portsmouth and Anita Maria Collins of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Jaddah Conteh Kanu and Len Michael Collins; her great grandchildren, Franklin Harris and Gabe Harris; her siblings, Nelson Womack of Montclair, CA, Karen Heath of Dinwiddie, VA, Barb Findlay of Pittsburg, PA and Florence Charles of Atlanta, GA; and her close friend Patricia Oliver.
