He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurmus Marshall and Julia Ruth Strickland Redmon. He is survived by: his wife Delilah Ann Boote Redmon; his son Douglas Marshall Redmon of Portsmouth; his brother Timothy James Redmon (Judy) of Springfield, VA; his niece Michelle Redmon (Dominic Maier); his sister Carla; his brother-in-law Michael Hasler of Vanceburg, KY; and his siblings' children, Julee Howard (Sam), Michelle McCane (Jeff) and John Hasler.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
