He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Ruth Elizabeth Reynolds Russell Sr.; and his grandchildren, Emily Russell and Storm Nathaniel Bratchett. He is survived by: his wife F. Joanne "Jo" Robeson Russell; his children, James T. Russell (Marijane) of Chillicothe, Terrance J. Russell (Carla) of Cincinnati, Michael E. Russell (Becky) of Portsmouth and Lynn M. Russell Bratchett of Portsmouth; his brothers, R. Edward Russell Jr. (Lois) of West Portsmouth and Daniel P. Russell of Portsmouth; his great grandchild Sharee Price; and his friend Tom.
