It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Jay Cooper of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rudolph Cooper and Betty Cooper (Yarnell); and his brother Charles "Buddy" Yarnell. He is survived by : his children, Heath Cooper of Portsmouth, April Cooper of Lakeview and Ashley Wells (Christopher) of Portsmouth; his siblings, Rodney Cooper (Joanna) of Lucasville, Connie Wicker (Gary) of South Webster and Judy Fitzpatrick of South Webster; and his grandsons, Seth Thrasher and Dante Wells.
