She is survived by: her sons, Paul David Bender (Linda) of Portsmouth, Ohio., William Bender of Portsmouth, Ohio., Jeff Bender of Portsmouth, Ohio. and Steve Bender of Portsmouth, Ohio.; and her granddaughters, Mollie and Heidi. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, along with the friends and nurses.
