He was predeceased by: his father William Marion Comer; and his father-in-law Lowell Penn. He is survived by: his mother Paula Kay Davis Comer of Portsmouth; his wife Samantha Dawn Penn Comer; his daughters, Tessa Comer of Portsmouth and Alessandra Comer of Portsmouth; his siblings, Marcus Fraley of Portsmouth, Karleen Carter of Portsmouth and Sherry Carver of McDermott; and his mother-in-law Alberta Penn of Portsmouth.
