He was predeceased by : his parents, William E. Brewer, Sr. and Betty Roberts Brewer Bryant; and his siblings, Gary Brewer, Donald Bryant, Sharon Kay Bryant, Kathy Bryant, Nancy Dunker and Brenda Bryant.

He is survived by : his wife Sandra Cook Brewer; his sons, Thomas Richard Brewer (Angela) of Franklin Furnace and William Joseph Brewer of Minford; his sister Tommie Jo Bryant of Sunbury; and his grandsons, Brandon Joseph Brewer and Clinton Thomas Brewer.

Memorial gifts may be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus.
