She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Jones and Thelma Jones; her husband Nicholas Blazy; her son Nicholas Blazy, III; and her siblings, Judy, Martha and Marvin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Miller and Shellie R. Creager (Matthew); her pet Wendy; her grandchildren, Nicholas John Blazy IV, Amanda Bethany Dean Blazy, Gage Alexander Miller, Millisun Colleen Creager and Echo Rose Creager; her great grandchildren, Mailyah, Tavarius, Khamari and Kevawny; her friends, Larry, Tonya Hughes, Arby and Jeanie Arbogast; and her pet Disney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
