It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles A. Bush MD of Powell, Ohio, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Leonard and Alma Bush (Millonig). He is survived by : his son Charles Andrew (April); his grandsons, Eli and Ethan; his son Christopher Aaron (Marne); his grandchildren, Akasha, Banyan, Vivi and Charli; and his brother Richard.
