He is survived by: his wife Christin Kolli; his children, Gabriel Mathews, Olive Mathews (Tori) and Emily Hook (William); his stepson Amar Kolli; and his grandchildren, Milo and Zelda. He is also survived by several loving siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jamie's memory to the Ohio Health Bing Cancer Center or OSU's The James Cancer Hospital in recognition of the exceptional care he received.
