She was predeceased by: her parents, John Culwell and Lena Culwell; and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her family John; her sons, Jason (Heather) and Joe; her grandchildren, Francis (Frank), Alaina and Jillian; and her sisters, Shelby Headlee (Wayne) and Doris Davis (Jack).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rutherford Funeral Home (450 W Olentangy St, Powell, OH 43065). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (10700 Liberty Rd, Powell, OH 43065).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Joyce's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or Cozy Cat Cottage, Powell, OH.
