We bid farewell to Kathleen F. Shanks of Powell, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 26, 2025 at the age of 92. Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Faulkner and Kathleen Faulkner; her husband Gerald; her son Stephen; and her siblings, Virginia Lou Blevins, Glenn Faulkner and Chloe.

She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Wettling (Rob) of Powell, Ohio; her grandchildren, Greg Shanks (Kate) of Frankfort, Kentucky, Ryan Shanks (Emily) of Ashland, Kentucky, Ashley Guiliani (Brent) of Georgetown, Kentucky and Ali Kready (Kyle) of Delaware, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Brendan Shanks, Blake, Anna Guiliani and Mia Kready; and her daughter-in-law Temia Shanks of Aiken, SC.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (1518 Belmont St, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
