She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldrich Serb and Agnes Serb (Mazliek); her husband Thomas J. Shedwell; her sisters, Dorothy Regel and Virginia Battistone; and her son-in-law Richard Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Mike" Shedwell (Vicki) and Bonnie Shedwell-Brown; her granddaughters, Jennifer Dillman (David), Krista Corl (James), Sabrina Mandler (Jeff) and Cassandra Jettner (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Carter, Parker Dillman, Ainsley, Christian Corl, Allie, Winn Jettner, Mason, Bellamy and Emmery Mandler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
