She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Butterfield (Steve) of Powell Ohio; her daughter-in-law Kim Dutchess (Augusta); her grandchildren, Kyle Butterfield, Nick Butterfield and Emma Dutchess; and her pet Cassie.
