He is survived by: his wife Vonnie Voorhis (Haught); his son Derek Voorhis; his stepchildren, Erica and Tony Berger; his parents, Norman Voorhis and Vicki Voorhis (Arman); his brother Gary Voorhis; his nibling Haley; and his mother-in-law Nina Haught. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins.

A tribute service to celebrate Nathan's life will be held at the Liberty Presbyterian Church on Saturday November 17, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. 7080 Olentangy River Rd. Delaware, OH 43015 In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions can be made, if desired, to Miami Valley Pit Crew, 3625 Lisbon Street Dayton, OH 45429, or on their website http://www.miamivalleypitcrew/donate.html.
