He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert W. Powell and Mary Carolyn Powell; and his sister Mary Carolyn. He is survived by : his wife Marcia; his children, Madeleine Tatarzyn (Jeremy) and Robert W., III (Rachel); and his siblings, Mary Ann (Mitch), Margaret L., Nancy E. (Renata), John G., Thomas J., James C. (Eric) and Richard S. (Laura). He is also survived by his sisters- and brothers-in-law, as well as several nieces, nephews and their children.
