He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Smith and Vera Smith (Johnson); his daughter Lisa Cox; his brother Howard; and his sister-in-law Pattie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Smith; his daughter Sunday Weakley (Kyle); his sister Linda Bodard (late Jim); his grandchildren, Derek Cox (Heather), Jessica Joseph (Matthew), Maria Weakley and Truman Weakley; his great grandchildren, Dominic and Delaney Cox; and his niece Jane Ehret (Alan). He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
