He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Butterfield and Mary Butterfield (Reder); his stepmother Mable; his brother Michael; and his sister-in-law Teri.
He is survived by: his brother Lewis Butterfield Jr. (Judy); and his sibling's children, Nicole, Jeannette, Monica, Lewis III, Ethan and Emily. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Grove Cemetery (8270 Cemetery Pike, Plain City, OH 43064).
