He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Swegard (Kisner); his children, Patricia Stillion (Roger) of Shadyside, Theresa Stillion of Powhattan, Donald Jr. Swegard of Powhattan, Edwin Swegard (Cindy) of Neffs, Rose Oblisk (John) of Revenna, John Ruschak (Shannon) of Aladonia, OH, Sandy Rosen of Clarington, Jerry Ruschak (Randa Lynn) of Powhattian, Melissa Mancini (James) of Powhattan and Jessica Baker of Powhatan, Numerous; and his sibling's children, Kayla, Bailey Meek and LeRoy Schutz. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Amity Methodist Church (53445 Steinersville Rd, Powhatan Point, OH 43942). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
