He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Palmer and Mary Lee Kenney; his wife Vera Kenney; and his brother Walter Lee Kenney. He is survived by: his children, Troy Kenney, Chad Kenney and Tiffany McCall; and his grandchildren, Daysha Alexander, Wesley Alexander and Taneesha Kenney. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home - Powhatan Point Chapel (186 Main St, Powhatan Point, OH 43942). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
