He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wade and Evelyn Wade Barcus (Doty); his wife Virginia Wade (Yocum); his stepfather Russell Barcus; and his siblings, John Wade, Jr., Richard Tony Wade, Betty Day and Barbara Pettit.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Bennett (Wes) of Powhatan Point; and his sister-in-law Sandra Taylor of Moundsville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
