It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas H. Donley of Powhatan Point, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2026, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his father Rodger H. Donley. He is survived by: his mother Pamela S. Hart Donley of Powhatan Point; and his brother Jason Rodger Donley (Carol) of St. Clairsville, Ohio..
