She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barker and Sadie Barker; her husband Harry Rice, Sr.; her siblings, John Jr., Bert, Forester, Ray, Dorothy, Esther, Lennie, Ida and Mary; her son-in-law Garry Watson; and her great grandchildren, Samantha Miller, Zane Mayenschein and Isaiah Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Rice, Jr. (Donna), Raymond Rice Sr. (Connie), Doris Mayenschein (Carl) of Proctorville and Debbie Watson of Proctorville; and her grandchildren, Raymond Jr., Kevin, Julie, Paula, Marty, Lisa, Misty, Jason, Wendy, Shanda, Shawn and Brittany.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV.
