He was predeceased by: his mother Constance Wiley; his wife Linda; and his sons, Jeffery and Randy. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Fuller (Steve) of Proctorville and Chris Wiley (Kristy) of Chesapeake, Ohio; his granddaughters, Shelby Fuller, Katie Wiseman (Lake) and Gracie Wiley; and his siblings, Ireland Wiley Jr. (Joyce), Phyllis Brown (Joe) and Polly Webb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
