He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Smith and Wanda Roe (Hobert); and his brother Chuck Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his daughter Kylee; his siblings, Diana Smirl (Danny) of Savannah, Georgia, Vicky Frye (Geoff) of Savannah, Georgia, Angela Smith of Huntington and Jason Roe (Teresa) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his sister-in-law Deborah Smith; and his uncle Fred McCoy (Eldora). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to Little Victories Animal Rescue.
