She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Leffingwell and Cathy Shaver Leffingwell. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Sean Maynard; her daughter Breanna Maynard; and her grandchildren, Brooklynn Blake, Jaelynn Leffingwell, Baylee Fitzgerald, Zelia Bowman and Kia Maynard. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
