She is survived by: her significant other Carl Taylor; her son Patrick Kelley Jr. of Logan, OH; her siblings, Betty Anderson of Proctorville, OH, Lillian Knotts of Lancaster, OH and Ronald Mullins of Genoa, WV.; and her close friend Kathleen Riley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
