It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda M Minor of Proctorville, Ohio, born in Glen, West Virginia, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William "Bill" Owens and Bessie "Stacey" Owens; and her siblings, Robert Owens, Harry Owens, Jack Owens, Tommy Owens, Johnie Owens, Fred Owens, Anna Del Gannon, Bethel Curry and Gertrude Chapman.

She is survived by : her husband Charles; her children, Alisa Raines of Bonita Springs, FL, Jeff Minor (Christine) of Proctorville and Kristi Christian of Crown City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kyle Raines (Megan McSweeney), Kody Christian (Taylor), Rachel and Katherine "Kate" Minor; and her siblings, Janice Kirk of Grove City and Philip Owens of Fyffe Alabama. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and friends.
