B.), Richard P. Stuart Jr. (Libby), Joseph Stuart (Sherry) and Michael Stuart (Becky); his grandchildren, Shane Stuart (Kimberly), Troy Stuart (Taylor), Kara Haynes (Chris), Brandon Haynes (Mary), Tyler Stuart, Tanner Stuart, Renae Stuart, Katlyn Heath (Devin), Tim Webb and Adam Webb; his great grandchildren, Mason Stuart, Maya Stuart, Isaac Stuart, Caleb Stuart, Kylie Haynes, Azlyn Haynes, Connor Haynes, Weston Heath, Leonna Heath, Timothy Webb III, Brooklyn Webb, Amelia Butler and Isaiah McNicol; and his sister-in-law Leah Adams (Oval).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home and Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A masonic service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
