It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Johnson of Proctorville, Ohio, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Otis Lawson; and her brother Charles Sims. She is survived by : her husband Oris Johnson; her daughters, Kim Damron (Howie) of Chesapeake, OH and Rhonda Bame (Travis Hignite) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Howie "Bub" Damron, Seth Damron (Amy), Karisa Damron, Zebulun Bame and Gunner Hignite; her great grandchildren, Matthew Damron, Paisley Damron, Addelynn Damron, Cole Damron, Savannah, Brantley Ace Dillon, Mia Kay Damron and Brody Bressler; and her sister Norma Jean Sanders. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington.
