She is survived by: her children, Lisa Maynard of Proctorville, OH and Dr. Larry B. Maynard of Proctorville, OH; her sister Wilma J. Maynard of Proctorville, OH; her sisters-in-law, Lucille Adkins of Wheelersburg, OH and Betty Adkins of Hurricane, WV; her grandchildren, Adam M. Ferguson (Kara) of Scott Depot, WV and Jessalyn S. Ferguson (Roger Smith) of Ashland, KY; and her great grandchildren, Elisha G. Smith, Brynnlyn L. Smith, Patrick K. Smith, Felix D. Ferguson and Stella A. Ferguson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the service, which will be given to the nurses and nursing assistants at Woodland Oaks for the exceptional care they provided for Stella.
