He was predeceased by: his sister Kristi D. Belville Warner; and his mother-in-law Karen Y. Miller Black. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas L. Belville and Sandra D. Archer Belville; his wife Rebecca L. Black Belville; his daughter Cheyenne S. Belville; his brothers-in-law, Michael W. Warner and Mark E. Black (Kim A.); and his nephews, Alec Warner (Sam), Jacob Warner (Madisyn), Victor Black (Spencer) and Luke Black (Angela). He is also survived by two great-nephews; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
