He is survived by: his parents, Chad Cremeans and Kayla Cremeans; his brothers, Braxton and Easton; his grandparents, Bud, Michelle Midkiff, Margaret Ferris (Mike Woods) and Schon Combs; his great-grandparents, Ralph, Sue Mullins, Mike and Shelia Midkiff; his aunts, Payton Combs and Alesha Whitfield; his uncle Joseph; and his cousins, Maesyn Thomas and Cole Whitfield.

Weston became a hero through the gift of organ donation, giving other children the chance to grow.
