He was predeceased by : his parents, William W. Hook and Kathryn Ann Hook (Speyer); his brothers, Michael Lee Hook, David Paul Hook and Larry William Hook; his grandparents, Paul G., Madonna Speyer, William A. and Clara D. Hook (Hopkins); and his nephew Bradley D. Hook.

He is survived by : his son John W. G. Hook (Nikki) of Marion; his sister-in-law Theresa Hook (Lisa Mead) of Richwood; and his niece Lisa Brenner (Matt) of Sunbury. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
