He is survived by : his son Scott Collins; his granddaughters, Hannah Madison (Ethan) and Catie Collins (Israel Mena); his great grandchild Kyler Madison; and his siblings, Harold Collins (Donna), Ruthann Blair, Thompson, Betty Maroney, Rosie Yoho and Donna Gardner (Jeff).
