She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Eblin and Lucille Eblin (Glassmeyer); her husband Duane Phillip Basel; and her daughters, Kim Yirga and Kara Russell.
She is survived by : her daughter Kristin Guthrie (Doug) of Marion, Ohio; her sons-in-law, Mike Russell of Prospect and John Yirga of Gates Mill; her siblings, Larry Eblin (Nancy) of Caledonia, Dana Eblin of Tiffin and Sharon Houston (Bill) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Austin, Luke Guthrie, Jillian, Maxwell Russell and Jack Yirga. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Lesta's memory to: St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Waldo (135 W. Main St., Waldo, Ohio 43356).
