We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, at the age of 75, Allen Wayne Ashley of Put in Bay, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his sons, Jonathan and James; his grandchildren, Nicholas Ashley, Brendan Whited and Rhiana Whited; and his close friend Buster.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to them to help provide a bench at his resting place in Put-in-Bay, where everyone can sit and chat with him when visiting the island.
