“When I first met Jim he had just purchased the property next door and he was happy that I didn't do a clear cut as he liked the wooded look as it reminded him of up the woods in Michigan. I soon realized his wealth as he shared his knowledge on "HOW TO" for the numerous things that I needed 'fixing', plus it seemed he always has the proper tool. For forty-two years I grew to appreciate he and his lovely wife Nancy for their neighborliness. Dane and I will never forget you, taken too soon. RIP.”
