Though Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ramsey and Lucille Ramsey (Steen); and his daughter Kathy Brock. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ramsey (McGee); his children, John D. Ramsey (Teresa) of Barnesville, Donna Meyers (Bill) of Belmont and Laura Higgins (Tim) of Cambridge; and his son-in-law Terry Brock of Quaker City. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home Inc. (291 Pike St, Quaker City, OH 43773). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Friend's Cemetery (24001 Leatherwood Rd, Quaker City, OH 43773).
