It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debora Kay Hemmerle of Quaker City, Ohio, who passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Debora departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Debora. Though Debora may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cary Lahmon and Audrey Crow Lahmon; and her brother Daniel Lahmon. She is survived by: her children, Mark Hemmerle (Krissy) of Byesville, OH and Chrissy; her granddaughters, Alyson Bandoni, Rylee Duke and Gabby Duke; her brother Floyd Lahmon (Sandy) of Whitehall, OH; her sister-in-law Tracy Lahmon of Daytona Beach, FL; her close friend Alyson Rhodes; and her pet Spinxi. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
