He is survived by: his wife Carol Gallagher (Butler); his children, Brent Gallagher (Teresa) of Salesville and Brenda Stephens (Fred) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Rich (Julian), Benita Reiland (Greg), Brice Gallagher (Alex), Mallori Milhoan (Troy) and Matt Starr (Britni); and his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Eriana, Korbin, Gwen, Nash and Lane.
