He is survived by: his wife Shelley Sue Monroe Blackburn; his son Rick Blackburn (Donna); his grandson Nicholas Blackburn of Quaker City, OH; his siblings, Karen Clark of Garfield Heights, OH and Dale Blackburn of Lakeland, FL; and his mother-in-law Columbia Anderson Barnauskas of Barnesville, OH.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
