She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul Repik and Helen Elizabeth Potorski Repik; her brother William Repik; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Thomas and Gary Nicholson.

She is survived by: her husband Dean Thomas; her daughters, Deb Thomas, Karen Thomas, Sharon Secrest (Vaughn) and Barb Hardesty; her grandchildren, Tyler Hardesty (Kaity), Trevor Hardesty (Paige) and Jamie Secrest; her great grandchildren, Slade, Dash, Kolbie, Koen, Knox and Kora; her son-in-law Dennis Hardesty; her close friends, Cassie Deis, Johnny Duffy, Brad Cramblett and Michael McElwain; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Repik, Linda Nicholson, Carole Sue Tuttle (Eugene), Shirley Ford (Bob) and Dennis Thomas. She is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
