He was predeceased by: his parents, George Grueser and Thelma Grueser (McElroy); and his siblings, Thelma Grueser Reitmire, Jack Grueser, Janey Grueser Arms, Jerry and Bob Grueser.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Fields Grueser; his children, Danny Grueser (Debbie), Diana Karr and Dawna Arnold (Randy); his grandchildren, Kelley Sockett (Andrew), Tara Johnson (Jeremy), Danielle Dugan (Tony), Wesley Karr (Heather Phalin), Whitney Hayman (Josh), Kari Arnold (Cory Montgomery) and Austin Arnold (Bailee Bumgarner); his great grandchildren, Angelo, Chloe Polis, Emma, Zoe, Quinn, Hazel Johnson, Tyson Dugan, Alexa Ingels, Maddy and Kensley Karr; his siblings, Betty Lou Donovan and Tom Grueser; and his nephew Roy "Butch" Armes. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
