He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey Cundiff (Sharon) of Moline, Ohio and Penny Rodriguez (Manuel) of Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Rew (Eric), Carrie Rodriguez, Jonathan Cundiff and Scott Rodriguez.
